❶焼き肉のたれ以外をボウルに入れてなじませて１晩置く

❷油を引いたフライパンで色が変わるまで焼いたら焼き肉のタレを絡める

☑ 300g beef brisket
☑Daisho Salt and Pepper 5g
☑ 2g sugar
☑ 60g yogurt
☑ 6g minced garlic
☑ 1 tbsp lemon juice
☑ 1/2 tsp cumin
☑ 1 tsp paprika
☑ 2 tsp garam masala
☑ 4–5 tbsp yakiniku sauce

[Instructions 🍴]
❶ Combine all ingredients except the yakiniku sauce in a bowl, mix well, and let marinate overnight.

❷ Cook in an oiled frying pan until the meat changes color, then coat with the yakiniku sauce.
