本田道場 公式チャンネル
このチャンネルは、大阪市東淀川区にある**本田道場**の稽古風景を紹介するチャンネルです。
中学生からシニア世代まで、年齢や体力に応じて、
基本動作・形（型）・琉球古武道の稽古に日々取り組んでいます。
私たちの目的は、
他者との優劣を競うことではなく、
自分自身を整え、鍛え、磨き続けること。
このチャンネルは、「試合に勝つため」「強くなるため」、技術解説やHow to動画を目的としたものではありません。
競技としての空手も素晴らしい文化ですが、本田道場は “生涯武道” を大切にしています。
空手・古武道には、武術としての側面スポーツとしての側面レクリエーションとしての側面さまざまな関わり方があります。
本田道場では、無理な押し付けをせず、会員同士がお互いの目的を尊重しながら稽古を続けています。

Each person trains according to their age and physical condition, practicing basics, kata (forms), Okinawan Shorin-ryu Karate, and Ryukyu Kobudo.

We are not focused on competition.

Our goal is not to defeat others, but to refine ourselves —
to strengthen the body, discipline the mind, and continue improving throughout life.
