私は1980年に日本で生まれ、今は「鮨さえ㐂」京都店で働いております。青年期から鮨職人を志し、その後、鮨職人の道を進み、30年間近く板場で働き続けております。

I was born in Japan in 1980, and I’m work for Sushi Saeki in Kyoto. First of all, I launched on the path to become a sushi chef, I devoted to work at the itaba. And then, I’ve been working at there for more than 30 years.
